Each piece is designed for everyday comfort and lasting beauty. To care for your jewellery, avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, oils and harsh chemicals. Gently wipe each piece with a soft cloth after wear to help maintain its natural shine. Storing items separately in a dry pouch or jewellery box helps prevent scratches and keeps your pieces looking their best. 🫧

Do you ship outside of the European Union?
At this time, we ship within the European Union only, with all orders dispatched from the Netherlands. We hope to expand in the future. If you're interested in ordering from outside the EU, we'd love to hear from you via our Contact Us page.

What are the shipping fees and delivery times?
Shipping is available to all countries within the European Union. Orders are processed within two business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery times begin after dispatch and are estimates only. We always aim to deliver before the estimated timeframe where possible, so these ranges provide a safe guide. 🪽

What should I do if my delivery is late?
Delivery times are estimates, and delays can happen. Rest assured, we’ll be here to help if anything feels out of the ordinary. 🕊️ Some orders are shipped from our EU fulfilment partner, and tracking may be available depending on the carrier.
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please allow a little extra time. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.

Returns
How do I start a return?
You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with your EU right of withdrawal. To begin, log in via the profile icon at the top right corner, select your order, and click “Cancel/Return”. If you're stuck, email us at orders@saintjune.co. 🫶
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, return labels are not provided, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Which items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
✦ Earrings or piercing jewellery once the packaging is opened ✦ Worn, used, or opened jewellery ✦ Customised or personalised items (engraving, resizing, made‑to‑order designs) ✦ Items not in their original condition or missing tags/packaging
Please inspect your order upon delivery and email orders@saintjune.co within 7 days if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a clear photo of the issue. We will assess the claim in line with EU consumer rights and provide the appropriate remedy. 🌸
