These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and all purchases made through it.
2. Applicability
These Terms apply to every offer, order, and agreement concluded between SAINT JUNE and a consumer within the European Union.
Before completing a purchase, customers will be given the opportunity to review and accept these Terms.
3. Eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts where there is suspicion of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
4. Products
We sell physical goods. Certain products may be customised or made to order according to customer specifications. Such customised products are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, unless they are defective or non-conforming.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided with reasonable care. Minor variations that do not affect the essential characteristics of the product do not constitute a defect.
Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are final prices. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before payment. We do not charge VAT in accordance with the Dutch KOR scheme.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors or typographical mistakes, even after an order has been placed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and given the opportunity to reconfirm or cancel the order.
Payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders may be cancelled or suspended in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorised payment.
6. Formation of Contract
A contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of the order by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
7. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. To exercise this right, you may cancel your order through your customer account or email us at orders@saintjune.co with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs i.e. delivery). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been returned.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or personalised items made to your specifications, unless they are defective. Returned items must be in their original condition. We may reduce a refund where goods have been damaged, worn, or handled beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and functioning. 8. Conformity and Warranty
We are legally obliged to supply goods that conform to the contract.
Under EU law, consumers are entitled to a minimum two-year conformity guarantee.
If a product is defective or not in conformity, the consumer is entitled to repair or replacement free of charge, unless impossible or disproportionate. Where repair or replacement is not possible, an appropriate price reduction or refund may be provided.
This does not apply where the defect results from misuse, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery.
9. Delivery and Risk
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the consumer upon physical receipt of the goods.
Delivery times are estimates only and are further detailed in our Shipping Policy.
10. Accounts
Customers may place orders using a guest checkout or by creating an account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU data protection laws (GDPR).
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including branding, logos, images, product descriptions, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of SAINT JUNE.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights or excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all information on the website. However, errors or technical issues may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel or refuse any affected orders.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, government measures, or system failures.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
If the consumer resides in another EU Member State, the consumer retains the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
15. Discount Terms
Discount codes apply to eligible products only and may be used once per customer. Codes cannot be combined with other promotions and are valid for a limited time. Additional conditions may apply depending on the promotion.
