Shipping policy
Shipping Area
We currently only ship to addresses within the European Union. Shipping to other regions may be introduced at a later stage.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within two business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times are separate from delivery times.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Netherlands: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Rest of EU: 5–8 business days after dispatch
Orders will be delivered no later than 30 days, unless otherwise communicated.
Items may be shipped directly from our EU‑based fulfilment partners. Dispatch times may vary slightly depending on partner processing times. Any significant delays will be communicated to you promptly.
Shipping Costs
Flat-rate shipping costs are shown before checkout. All prices are final. No VAT is charged under the Dutch KOR scheme.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods. Any such promotion will be subject to the specific terms communicated at that time.
Carriers and Tracking
Orders are shipped via PostNL or other suitable EU carriers, depending on supplier logistics. Tracking information may be provided where available but is not guaranteed for all shipping methods.
Please note that deliveries are handled by external carriers. While we do our best to support you, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by the carrier.
Risk and Delivery
In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer when the goods are physically received by the customer or a third party designated by the customer.
If a parcel is lost or damaged before delivery, we will open an investigation with the carrier and our fulfilment partners. Once the investigation is completed and in the event non‑delivery is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Address and Unclaimed Parcels
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs before re-dispatching the goods.
Split Shipments
We may deliver orders in separate shipments where operationally necessary. Where multiple shipments are required due to stock availability or logistical reasons, additional shipping charges will only apply if clearly communicated to the customer prior to dispatch.
Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, strikes, customs procedures, severe weather conditions, or system failures. Delivery times may be extended accordingly.
