Refund policy

Returns & Cancellations

We offer a 14-day window to cancel or return your order. 

Before Delivery
If your order has not yet been delivered, you may cancel it through your customer account. This can be accessed via the profile icon in the top right corner of our website, or directly at https://account.saintjune.co. Orders that have not yet been dispatched will be cancelled and refunded in full.

After Delivery
If your order has already been delivered and you wish to make a return, it may be returned within 14 days. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been delivered
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. 

Return Conditions
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted:

  • Unworn and unused
  • With all original tags attached (where applicable)
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is not as expected, don’t worry, simply email us at orders@saintjune.co within 7 days, including a clear image, and we’ll take care of it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale, custom or personalised pieces
  • Worn or used jewellery
  • Earrings and other piercing jewellery, for hygiene reasons

If you are unsure, feel free to contact us before returning your item at orders@saintjune.co.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Should you wish to select a different piece, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been arranged.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or provider to process the transaction.
